Never Again is the second full-length album released by Discharge, in 1984, and is their first compilation album. It should not be confused with the EP of the same name. It includes tracks from their eponymous debut album, and from their previous extended plays. All tracks are remastered, and remixed, and is considered by Allmusic guide as "a great introduction" to the band.

The cover is a work by John Heartfield from 1932 entitled "The Meaning of Geneva, Where Capital Lives, There Can Be No Peace".

Only included on the original 1989 uk version of the CD is an 18th track not listed on the cover, which is just an reprise of "the price of silence" titled on Discogs as "silence, silence"

Discharge are an English hardcore punk band formed in 1977 in Stoke-on-Trent by Terence "Tezz" Roberts and Royston "Rainy" Wainwright. While the band has undergone several line-up changes throughout its history, the classic line-up from the early 1980s featured bassist Wainwright, drummer Gary Maloney, Anthony "Bones" Roberts playing guitar, and vocalist Kelvin "Cal" Morris.

Rick Allan Price is an Australian singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and record producer. His debut album, Heaven Knows, was released in July 1992, which peaked at No. 3 on the ARIA Albums Chart. It provided two top ten singles, "Not a Day Goes By" and the title track (July). At the APRA Music Awards of 1992 "Heaven Knows" won Song of the Year for Price and his co-writer, Heather Field. Hussey-Regan is a collaborative project between Wayne Hussey and Julianne Regan. The duo started to work together in 2006, as well as their other personal projects. In 2011 they released their first album, Curios.

Massive Ego British dark wave band

Massive Ego are a British Darkwave musical group formed in 1996 by singer and ex-model, Marc Massive and Andy J Thirwall. The band has changed its sound and image since its formation. The original releases being mostly covers in a Eurodance, Hi-NRG style. Massive and Thirwall later parted ways, and Massive searched for a new musical direction for the band. Collaborations with Empire State Human and Lia Organa & Electric Prince were the start of a darker sound for the band. The band joined alternative German label Out of Line Music in 2015 with the line-up; Marc Massive, Oliver Frost, Lloyd Price and Scot Collins. Their debut album for Out of Line was released on 17 February 2017. The current themes of the songs centre around the darker side of life, depression and anxiety, death, suicide, love, sex and vampirism. In 2017, the band became a trio due to Lloyd's departure.
