The Billie Jean King Cup is the premier international team competition in women's tennis, launched as the Federation Cup in 1963 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the International Tennis Federation (ITF). The name was changed to the Fed Cup in 1995, and again in September 2020 in honor of Billie Jean King. The Billie Jean King Cup is the world's largest annual women's international team sports competition in terms of the number of nations that compete. The current Chairperson is Katrina Adams.
The Slovakia Fed Cup team represents Slovakia in Fed Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Slovak Tennis Association. They currently compete in the World Group II.
The Ukraine Fed Cup team represents Ukraine in Fed Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Ukrainian Tennis Federation. They currently compete in the 2020 Fed Cup Europe/Africa Zone Group I.
The Brazil Fed Cup team represents Brazil in Fed Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Brazilian Tennis Confederation. They currently compete in the Americas Zone of Group I.
The Hong Kong Fed Cup team represents Hong Kong in Fed Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Hong Kong Tennis Association. They will compete in the Asia/Oceania Zone Group II in 2016.
The Belarus Fed Cup team represents Belarus in Fed Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Belarus Tennis Association. They currently compete in the World Group.
The Lithuania Fed Cup team represents Lithuania in Fed Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Lithuanian Tennis Association.
The Netherlands Fed Cup team represents the Netherlands in Fed Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Koninklijke Nederlandse Lawn Tennis Bond. They currently compete in World Group II.
The Switzerland Fed Cup team represents Switzerland in Fed Cup tennis competition and are governed by Swiss Tennis. They currently compete in World Group II.
The Finland Fed Cup team represents Finland in Fed Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Suomen Tennisliitto. They currently compete in the Europe/Africa Zone of Group II, having missed out on promotion to group I for 2016.
The Indonesia Fed Cup team represents Indonesia in Fed Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Indonesian Tennis Association. They have not competed in the World Groups since 2006.
The Philippines Fed Cup team is a tennis team that represents the Philippines in Fed Cup competition. They are governed by the Philippine Tennis Association.
The Botswana Fed Cup team represents Botswana in Fed Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Botswana Tennis Association. They have not competed since 2006.
The Namibia Fed Cup team represents Namibia in Fed Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Namibia Tennis Association. They have not competed since 2015.
The Pacific Oceania Fed Cup team represents the island nations of Oceania in Fed Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Oceania Tennis Federation. In 2015 they took part in Fed Cup competition for the first time in ten years.
The Sri Lanka Fed Cup team represents Sri Lanka in Fed Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Sri Lanka Tennis Association. They have not competed since 2001 with the exception of the 2008 tournament.
The Oman Fed Cup team represent Oman in Fed Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Oman Tennis Association. They have not competed since 2018.
The Kosovo Fed Cup team represents Kosovo in Fed Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Tennis Federation of Kosovo. They took part in the Fed Cup for the first time in 2016, competing in the Europe/Africa Zone Group III.
The Guam Fed Cup team represents Guam in Fed Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Guam National Tennis Federation. They took part in the Fed Cup for the first time in 2020, competing in the Asia/Oceania Zone Group II. They lost their first Fed Cup match against the Philippines with their first win being their 3-0 victory over Turkmenistan in their second Fed Cup game. Prior to their Fed Cup debut in 2020, Guam was previously affiliated with the Pacific Oceania team.
The Pakistan women's national tennis team represents Pakistan in international tennis competitions. It is administered by the Pakistan Tennis Federation (PTF). Members of the team compete in singles, doubles, mixed doubles and team events at competitions including continental and regional games. It also has a team which competes at the Fed Cup.
