Nicole Havrda (born 24 January 2006) is a Canadian and Czech [1] racing driver who competes in F1 Academy for Hitech TGR with support from American Express and the Formula 4 CEZ Championship for JMT Racing and in the Formula Regional Americas Championship for Kiwi Motorsports.

Career

Early career

Havrda started karting in 2020, gaining multiple podiums in the West Coast Kart Club, Rotax Max West Karting Championship, and the Western Canadian Karting Final. [2]

In 2022, Havrda was the youngest driver in both the W Series shootout and the Heart of Racing shootout. [3] [4] She was also the youngest driver in the Indian Racing League. [5]

In 2023, Havrda won both the Formula Pro USA Winter Series and the Western Championship. [6] She continued in the Indian Racing League with Chennai Turbo Riders.

Formula Regional Americas

Havrda contested two rounds of the Formula Regional Americas Championship in 2023. [7] She stepped up to the Formula Regional Americas Championship full time for the 2024 season, [8] where she achieved four podium finishes, and finished the season in 6th place. [9] She was awarded the PMH Powering Diversity Scholarship, and is continuing in the series for 2025. [10]

F1 Academy

Havrda is driving for Hitech TGR in the 2025 F1 Academy season, with backing by American Express. [11] In the first race weekend, Havrda was forced to retire from both races. She was hit from behind in race 1 by Chloe Chong, and in race 2 she was hit by Aurelia Nobels while both were trying to avoid the car of Joanne Ciconte. [12] [13]

F4 CEZ Championship

Havrda will compete in the last two rounds of the 2025 Formula 4 CEZ Championship, at Slovakiaring and Brno for JMT Racing. [14]
