North Carolina's 12th Senate district is one of 50 districts in the North Carolina Senate. It has been represented by Republican Jim Burgin since 2019. [1]
Since 2013, the district has included all of Harnett and Lee counties, as well as part of Johnston County. The district overlaps with the 26th, 28th, 51st, and 53rd state house districts. Starting in 2023, the district will include all of Harnett and Lee counties, as well as part of Sampson County. [2]
