The Northern Ontario Curling Association (NOCA) Men's Provincial Championship, also known as the Northern Ontario Tankard is the Northern Ontario provincial championship for men's curling. The winner represents Team Northern Ontario annually at the Montana's Brier. Northern Ontario has been represented at the Brier since 1927 despite not actually being a province.

The team also won the 2013 Tim Hortons Brier. Fry won a silver medal at the 2013 World Men's Curling Championship.

The Ontario Tankard is the Southern Ontario provincial championship for men's curling. The winner represents Team Ontario at the Montana's Brier. The tournament is overseen by CurlON.

Allan A. Hackner, nicknamed "the Iceman", is a retired Canadian Hall of Fame curler from Thunder Bay, Ontario. He was born in Nipigon, Ontario. He is a two-time Brier and World Champion skip. He is of Ojibwa descent and is a member of the Red Rock Indian Band. He is currently a member of USA Curling's High Performance Program Coaching staff.
