The Opel Vectra GTS V8 DTM was a DTM touring car constructed by German car manufacturer Opel. The car's development started in mid-2002 and it was raced in the 2004 and 2005 DTM seasons with little success before the company's exit after the 2005 season. Opel withdrew from DTM due to parent company General Motors focusing on the BTCC and FIA WTCC series in the European sector as well as reducing the company's annual costs. The Vectra GTS V8 DTM replaced the Opel Astra DTM at the end of the 2003 season and was based on the production Opel Vectra C. The Opel Vectra GTS V8 DTM was involved in an accident involving Peter Dumbreck at the Zandvoort after his car lost control and rolled several times, but the driver was uninjured.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Opel Manta GSe ElektroMOD</span> Car model

The Opel Manta GSe ElektroMOD is an electric redesign of the Opel Manta, with advanced technology. It has a "pixel visor" and a digital cockpit. Unusual for an electric car, it has a 4-speed manual transmission. Its primary colour is yellow, which is Opel’s new corporate colour and this car includes 2 LED ultra-thin headlights. It is a 2-door coupe with two main screens in the interior. A screen has a speedometer, a tachometer and a fuel gauge, but it shows how much charge it has rather than fuel. The other screen is a SatNav.

The Opel DTM V8 engine family is a series of prototype, four-stroke, 4.0-liter, naturally aspirated DOHC V-8 racing engines, designed, developed and produced by Opel, and specially tuned by German manufacturer Spiess, for the Deutsche Tourenwagen Meisterschaft, between 2000 and 2005.
