People's University was established on May 4, 2011, through the Madhya Pradesh Niji Vishwavidyalay(Sthapana Ewam Sanchalan) Sanshodhan Adhiniyam, 2011, [7] which also established People's University and ITM University.

Indore is the cleanest city in India according to Swachh Survekshan Report 2022 sixth time in a row, conducted by MoHUA the world's largest urban sanitation and cleanliness survey.

Ujjain is a city in Ujjain district of the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. It is the fifth-largest city in Madhya Pradesh by population and is the administrative centre of Ujjain district and Ujjain division. It is one of the Hindu pilgrimage centres of Sapta Puri famous for the Kumbh Mela held there every 12 years. The famous temple of Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga is located in the center of the city.

Chhindwara is a city in India and a Municipal Corporation in Chhindwara district in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. The city is the administrative headquarters of Chhindwara District. Chhindwara is reachable by rail or road from adjacent cities Betul, Jabalpur and Nagpur. The nearest airport is in Nagpur (130 km); however there is a small airport located in the city which is not serviceable for passenger planes.

It is one of the smallest international cricket ground in the world. International games have been hosted here since 2006, when the ground's first one-day international game was played here. The economy of Madhya Pradesh refers to the economic growth with respect to the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh.
