Orobas answers questions and gives one power and control over others. He protects one from the persecution of evil spirits and also from one's enemies. He puts a stop to slander and gossip. He will foretell the future, and discern the past to the present. Orobas is the Patron of Equine. Orobas appears as a brown stallion bucking up with dust. He appears both as a small unusual looking dark-haired man.
The name could come from the Latin 'orobias', a type of incense.
