Ose is a Local Government Area in Ondo State, Southwest of Nigeria. Its headquarters is in the town of Ifon. It is made up communities including Ikaro, Okeluse, Ijagba, Imoru, Arimogija, Elegbeka (Ikaro), Ogberuwen, Ute, Ifon, Omi-alafa, Ugbonla, and Ogbese Falodun to the south; and Ido-ani, Idogun, Ido-isale, Afo, and Imeri to the north.
The major activity of this region is farming, mostly based around cocoa and plantation farming.
Oba Isreal Adegoke Adewusi, King of the town of ifon the local government headquarters, was murdered on the 26th November 2020.

This will then be proceeded by a validation based on 1979 declaration by Orolu local government and Osun state government as the 1988 declaration has been declared null void and improperly made by Justice Babatunji Olowofoyeku of Osun State High Court, Osogbo.
Ido Ekiti is a town in the Ido-Osi Local Government Area of Ekiti State, Nigeria. It is situated in the northern part of the state where the routes from Oyo, Osun and Kwara states respectively converge. Ido-Ekiti is the headquarters of the Ido-Osi local council.
