The discography of P-Square , a Nigerian R&B duo composed of Peter and Paul Okoye, consists of five studio albums, [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] one compilation album, [6] twenty nine singles (including seven as featured artists), and twenty five music videos. Peter & Paul Okoye were raised in Jos, Nigeria. They both joined their school's music and drama club where they began singing, dancing and miming songs by MC Hammer, Bobby Brown and Michael Jackson.

Contents

In 1999, Peter and Paul returned to music school to develop their skills on the keyboard, drums, bass and rhythm guitar. Their work includes the soundtracks for a number of films such as Tobi, Mama Sunday, Moment of Bitterness and Evas River. [7]

P-Square is a Nigerian Music duo, consisting of the twin brothers Peter Okoye and Paul Okoye, who co-write and co-produce much of their records. Noted for their artistic reinvention, musical versatility, and visual presentation, they are widely regarded as one of the most influential African Acts of all time and one of the most successful African Music Group internationally. They were integral to the evolution of the 2000s and 2010s African popular music. The duo was launched into the mainstream recognition following the release of the song “Senorita” in 2003, and later gain much wider recognition after the release of their sophomore album “Get Squared” in 2005. The success of the album earned them a nomination at the MTV EMA Best African Act in 2006. Game Over is the third studio album by the Nigerian duo P-Square. It was released in 1 May 2007, through Square Records. Developed as a visual album, nearly all the songs received a music video. P-Square embraced a new musical direction with the desire to assert their full artistic expression. The album's theme incorporates Love, Desire, Betrayal, Regret, Assurance, and Political criticism. Essentially an R&B and pop album, Gameover also covered genres like reggae and hip hop. The album boasts of singles like "No one like you," "Roll it," "Ifunanya," and the lead single "Do Me" - which featured vocals from Waje. The album which sold over 8million copies worldwide, was credited for redefining music videos in the African music industry with the singles "Do Me,” “Temptation remix” and "Roll it". On 1 May 2007, the album was released on iTunes.

The Invasion is the fifth studio album by Nigerian duo P-Square. It was released on 29 July 2011 by Square Records. The album features guest appearances from Tiwa Savage, Naeto C, Waje, May D, Eva Alordiah, Muna, Akon and Rick Ross.

"E No Easy" is a 2009 song by P-Square featuring J. Martins. It was revived as a bilingual French/English song "Positif", by Matt Houston featuring P-Square in 2012, becoming a hit in France.

The discography of Wizkid, a Nigerian Afrobeats singer, consists of five studio albums, one EP, fifty-three singles, forty-four promotional singles, sixteen guest appearances, six cameo appearances and thirty-three music videos. Wizkid started his music career at age 11, releasing a seven-track collaborative album with Glorious Five entitled Lil Prinz. Wizkid garnered notoriety when he collaborated with Naeto C, Ikechukwu, M.I and Kel. He signed a record deal with Empire Mates Entertainment in 2009. From 2009 through 2011, Wizkid worked on materials for his debut album Superstar (2011). Superstar was supported by the singles "Love My Baby", "Pakurumo", "Tease Me/Bad Guys", "Don't Dull" and "Holla at Your Boy".

Iyanya Onoyom Mbuk, known by his stage name Iyanya, is a Nigerian singer and songwriter. He rose to fame after winning the first season of Project Fame West Africa, and is best known for his hit single "Kukere". He released his debut studio album My Story in 2009; it was supported by the singles "No Time" and "Love Truly". Iyanya co-founded the record label Made Men Music Group with Ubi Franklin in 2011. His second studio album, titled Desire, was released in February 2013. It supported by the singles "Kukere", "Ur Waist", "Flavour", "Sexy Mama", and "Jombolo". He won the Artist of the Year award at The Headies 2013. In October 2016, Iyanya announced on Instagram that he signed a record deal with Mavin Records.
