Ramy Mohamed Ashour, known as Ramy Ashour, is a retired professional squash player from Egypt. He was one of the world's best squash players in the late 2000s and early 2010s, having won three World titles in 2008, 2012 and 2014. He became the youngest player to reach number one in the world since the 1980s, as well as the first ever two-time World Junior Squash Champion.

Grégory Gaultier is a former professional squash player from France. He has won the 2015 World Open Squash Championship, the British Open three times, in 2007, 2014 and 2017, the Qatar Classic in 2011, the US Open twice, in 2006 and 2013, the Tournament of Champions in 2009, and the PSA World Series Finals thrice, in 2008, 2009 and 2016. He reached the final of the World Open in 2006, 2007, 2011 and 2013, and the World No. 1 ranking in 2009. Gaultier is affectionately known to his friends as The General.

Nicholas MatthewOBE is a former English professional squash player who has won the two most prestigious tournaments in the professional game, the British Open and the World Open, three times each. He reached a career-high world ranking of World No. 1 in June 2010. His home club is Hallamshire Tennis and Squash Club in Sheffield which has named 'The Nick Matthew Showcourt' after him.

The Official Women's Squash World Ranking is the official world ranking for women's squash. The WISPA, the WSA and the PSA has used a computerized system for determining the rankings since April 1984. The ranking is to rate the performance level of female professional squash players. It is also a merit-based method used for determining entry and seeding in women's squash tournaments. The rankings were initially produced monthly; this has been changed to weekly basis effective ranking issue dated August 29, 2022.

The Official Men's Squash World Ranking is the official world ranking for men's squash. The ranking is to rate the performance lvee of male professional squash players. It is also a merit-based method used for determining entry and seeding in men's squash tournaments. The rankings have been produced monthly then weekly since 29 August 2022. The current world number one is Ali Farag of Egypt.

Mohamed El Shorbagy is an Egyptian-English professional squash player. He represented Egypt from a young age until June 2022, when he switched to represent England. He reached a career-high world ranking of World No. 1 in November 2014, March 2018, February 2020, and again in July 2021 and was the 2017 World Squash champion.

Nour El Sherbini is an Egyptian professional squash player. She is currently ranked as the world No. 1 in women's singles by the Women's Squash Association (WSA), having held the position for a total of 43 weeks. Nour, the only player representing Egypt in the list of most winner in all time of PSA Women's World Championship. And The Most Egyptian Player to win a Major series title, has won the British Open four times and the US Open once. Nour has won 40 titles, including the PSA Finals Twice.

Amanda Sobhy is an American squash player. A five-time national champion, she was the first U.S.-born player to reach the top five in the Professional Squash Association (PSA) world rankings. She reached a career-high world ranking of No. 3 in October 2021 after reaching the semi-finals of the 2021 British Open and the 2021 CIB Egyptian Open, and winning the 2021 Oracle Netsuite Open.

Mazen Hesham is a professional squash player who represents Egypt. He reached a career-high world ranking of World No. 7 in June 2023.

The 2014 PSA Men's World Squash Championship is the men's edition of the 2014 World Championship, which serves as the individual world championship for squash players. The event took place in Doha in Qatar from 14 to 21 November 2014. Ramy Ashour won his third World Championship title, defeating Mohamed El Shorbagy in the final.

The PSA World Tour 2014 is the international squash tour organised circuit organized by the Professional Squash Association (PSA) for the 2014 squash season. The most important tournament in the series is the World Championship held in Doha in Qatar. The tour features three categories of regular events, World Series, which feature the highest prize money and the best fields, International and Challenger.

The PSA World Series 2014 is a series of men's squash tournaments which are part of the Professional Squash Association (PSA) World Tour for the 2014 squash season. The PSA World Series tournaments are some of the most prestigious events on the men's tour. Mohamed El Shorbagy won the 2014 PSA World Series followed by Grégory Gaultier and Ramy Ashour.

The event took place in Bellevue, Washington in the United States from 15 to 22 November 2015. Grégory Gaultier won his first World Championship title, defeating Omar Mosaad in the final.

The 2016 PSA Men's World Squash Championship is the men's edition of the 2016 World Championship, which serves as the individual world championship for squash players. The event took place in Cairo, Egypt from 27 October to 6 November 2016. Karim Abdel Gawad won his first World Championship title, defeating Ramy Ashour in the final.

The 2018–19 PSA World Tour is the international squash tour organised circuit organized by the Professional Squash Association (PSA) for the 2018 squash season. It's the 4th PSA season since the merger of PSA and WSA associations in 2015.
