Pacio is located on Farm to Market Road 198 just south of the Old River Channel and north of Lake Creek, 3 mi (4.8 km) north of Charleston in northwestern Delta County. [2]

It is oriented from the southeast to the northwest but meanders as it reaches the north to the confluence with Carancahua Creek watershed. The Delta County Courthouse is a historic, three-story courthouse building in the city of Cooper, in Delta County, Texas, United States. The building is located at 200 West Dallas Avenue, and functions as the meeting place for the county government. The building also houses all of the county records. The county's first courthouse was built in 1873, in Cooper. A courthouse was built to replace the original in 1898. After the Great Depression, the new courthouse was built by the Works Progress Administration (WPA), helping the community to grow. The building has remained virtually unchanged since.

Liberty Grove is a ghost town in Delta County, Texas, United States. The community was settled by 1854, the year its school opened. The farming community included the school and a cemetery as of 1936. In 1966, the community had about 25 residents. The community's cemetery was relocated in 1989, and the community was subsequently abandoned and flooded by Cooper Lake. A campsite in Cooper Lake State Park bears the community's name.
