The Suzuki Kizashi is a mid-size car manufactured by Japanese automaker Suzuki. It was unveiled in the United States on July 30, 2009. The Kizashi went on sale in Japan on October 21, 2009, in North America on December 1, 2009, and in Australia and New Zealand on May 11, 2010. It is the first mid-size Suzuki automobile sold in the Australian market. In February 2011, the Kizashi became available to the Indian market. The car was also available in European markets.
The automotive industry in Pakistan is one of the smallest but fastest-growing industries in the country, growing by 171% between 2014 and 2018. In the 1990s and early 2000s, Pakistan had many Japanese cars. With the launch of the first Auto Policy in 2005, Pakistan launched its first indigenous car, Adam Revo. However, after the 2008 elections, the dollar started depreciating, and due to bad governance, many automakers began to halt production, with some exiting Pakistan. Currently, the auto market is dominated by Honda, Toyota, and Suzuki. However, on 19 March 2016, Pakistan passed a second "Auto Policy 2016-21," which offers tax incentives to new automakers to establish manufacturing plants in the country. In response, Renault, Nissan, Proton Holdings, Kia, SsangYong, Volkswagen, FAW, and Hyundai have expressed interest in entering the Pakistani market. MG JW Automobile Pakistan has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Morris Garages (MG) Motor UK Limited, owned by SAIC Motor, to bring electric vehicles to Pakistan. NLC signed an agreement with Mercedes-Benz to manufacture Mercedes Actros trucks in Pakistan. Pakistan has not enforced any automotive safety standards or model upgrade policies. A few older vehicle models, including the Bolan and Ravi, continue to be sold by Suzuki. On 8 July 2021, Jolta Electric launched the production of electric motorcycles.

The Green Line Express is a passenger train operated daily by Pakistan Railways between Karachi and Islamabad. It is the flagship rail of the organization and has the highest passage priority. The train takes approximately 21 hours to cover a published distance of 1,521 kilometres (945 mi), traveling along a stretch of the Karachi–Peshawar Railway Line. It was inaugurated by Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif on 15 May 2015 at Islamabad railway station.

The Shahlyla Baloch National Women Under-16 Championship is an annual domestic football tournament organized for under-16 teams by the Pakistan Football Federation. Founded in 2014 as the National U-16 Inter-Club Women Football Championship, the tournament was renamed after Shahlyla Baloch, a forward for Pakistan women's national football team, who died in a car accident in 2016.
