The Palestinian Mission to the United Kingdom in London is the representative mission of the State of Palestine in the United Kingdom. [1] The mission is not a fully-fledged embassy owing to the lack of formal diplomatic relations between the two countries. It was upgraded from a delegation to a mission by Foreign Secretary William Hague in 2011. [2] The United Kingdom formally recognised the State of Palestine on 21 September 2025, allowing for the mission to be upgraded to an embassy should diplomatic relations be established. [3] [4]
