Park Towers by the Sea are a set of four residential highrise buildings in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. [1] Located in the Playas de Tijuana area of the city, Park Towers are the first prominent fixtures on the metropolitan Tijuana coastline north of Rosarito Beach. Upon completion of the first tower, the complex became the 10th tallest buildings in the city.
Park Towers were developed as a luxury residence. [2]
The towers are residential buildings with a modern style. [1] They are composed primarily of glass and reinforced concrete. [1]
The Pentominium is a 122-storey, 516 m (1,693 ft) supertall skyscraper on hold in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Construction on the tower has been halted since August 2011. It was designed by Andrew Bromberg of architects Aedas and funded by Trident International Holdings. The AED 1.46 billion construction contract was awarded to Arabian Construction Company (ACC).
NewCity Residential is a high-rise complex of seven skyscrapers in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. In the San Diego–Tijuana, region the buildings are increasingly being referred to as New City. The complex has just begun construction and will consist of seven towers, out of which four have been built. With 27 stories, Diamond Tower is currently the tallest building in Tijuana. The other six towers will be the second-tallest buildings in Tijuana, with 24 stories.

NEMA is currently the eighth-tallest building in Chicago and the forty first-tallest building in the United States. It is the tallest all-rental residential building in the city.
One Tower is a residential supertall skyscraper on hold along the MIBC on Presnensky District in Moscow. Its height upon completion in 2024 will be 442.8 m with 109 floors. It will be the tallest building in Moscow, and the second-tallest building in Russia and Europe after the Lakhta Center in Saint Petersburg. As a residential building, it will be the tallest in Europe and the second-tallest in the world after Central Park Tower in New York City. The One Tower will also be the first building in Europe with more than 100 floors above ground and will have Europe's highest observation deck on the 100th floor.
