The 2004 European Parliament election for the election of the delegation from the Netherlands was held on 10 June 2004.
This is the 6th time the elections have been held for the European elections in the Netherlands.

The Party of European Socialists (PES) is a social democratic European political party.
The Christian Union is a Christian democratic political party in the Netherlands. The CU is a centrist party, maintaining more progressive stances on economic, immigration and environmental issues while holding more socially conservative positions on issues such as abortion and euthanasia. The party describes itself as "social Christian".
The 2004 European Parliament election was held between 10 and 13 June 2004 in the 25 member states of the European Union, using varying election days according to local custom. The European Parliamental parties could not be voted for, but elected national parties aggregated in European Parliamental parties after the elections.
