Peykuh (Persian : پيكوه‎, also Romanized as Peykūh and Pey Kūh; also known as Pā Kūh, Pāye Kūh, Pa yi Kūh, and Peykū)^[1] is a village in Deyhuk Rural District, Deyhuk District, Tabas County, South Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 361, in 111 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Deyhuk Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Deyhuk District, Tabas County, South Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 1,926, in 526 families. The rural district has 21 villages.

Deyhuk District is a district (bakhsh) in Tabas County, South Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 8,200, in 2,303 families. The District has one city: Deyhuk. The District has two rural districts (dehestan): Deyhuk Rural District and Kavir Rural District.
