Phiala niveociliata is a moth in the family Eupterotidae. It was described by Strand in 1911.^[1] It is found in Namibia.^[2]

Moths comprise a group of insects related to butterflies, belonging to the order Lepidoptera. Most species of moth are nocturnal, but there are also crepuscular and diurnal species.
