Philodendron fragile is a species of plant in the family Araceae that is native to Brazil. ^[1]

Taxonomy

Philodendron fragile belongs to section Macrobelium of the genus. In 1997, it was assigned to subsection Macrobelium with 19 other Brazilian species, and to series Ecordata based on its leaf shape. ^[2]
