Phyllobrostis tephroleuca [1] or Pilotocoma tephroleuca [2] is a moth in the family Lyonetiidae. [1] [2] It is found in South Africa [2] (Transvaal, Natal [3] ) and Zimbabwe. [3]

The wingspan is 10–10.3 mm for males and 10.8–11 mm for females. [3]
