Phyllobrostis tephroleuca^[1] or Pilotocoma tephroleuca^[2] is a moth in the family Lyonetiidae.^[1]^[2] It is found in South Africa ^[2] (Transvaal, Natal ^[3]) and Zimbabwe.^[3]

The wingspan is 10–10.3 mm for males and 10.8–11 mm for females.^[3]
