Phí Hữu Tình (born 27 July 1960) is a Vietnamese wrestler. He competed in the men's freestyle 62 kg at the 1980 Summer Olympics. [1]

Tân Ninh is a commune (xã) and village in Quảng Ninh District, Quảng Bình Province, in Vietnam. This commune is 20 km south of the district capital town, Quan Hau.
