The Pingat Pentadbiran Awam (Tentera) (English: Public Administration Medal (Military)) is a decoration awarded to members of the Singapore Armed Forces for meritorious service in command or staff positions, and has three grades:

Recipients are entitled to use the post-nominal letters PPA, and may include the grade in brackets - e.g.: PPA(E).

The Pingat Pentadbiran Awam is the civil equivalent award.

The Pingat Penghargaan (Tentera) is a decoration awarded to any member of the Singapore Armed Forces who has placed himself above his peers through commendable achievements in military command or staff work, or who has performed service over and above the call of duty.

Winston Choo Wee Leong is a Singaporean diplomat, civil servant and former general. He was the first Chief of Defence Force of the Singapore Armed Forces from 1974–1992 and held the rank of Lieutenant-General.

Lam Yi Young Singaporean business executive and former civil servant

Lam Yi Young is the Chief Executive Officer of the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) and former Senior Civil Servant. He is also the former Chief Executive of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA).

Lily Kong Singaporean academic

Lily L.L. Kong is a Singaporean geographer and the current President of Singapore Management University (SMU). She is the first woman and the first Singaporean academic to helm a Singaporean university. Before joining SMU, she was a faculty member at the Department of Geography of the National University of Singapore (NUS) and had held various senior managerial positions at NUS.

Jarnail Singh was a Singaporean physician who focused on aviation medicine. He was known for coordinating the aviation community's response to the severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) epidemic outbreak in 2003 and had led the International Civil Aviation Organization's anti-SARS projects for impacted states, studying the spread of communicable diseases via air travel. He also led health studies on pilot fatigue on ultra long-haul flights.
