The Woodbury County Courthouse is located at 620 Douglas Street in Sioux City, the county seat of Woodbury County, Iowa, United States. It is regarded as "one of the finest Prairie School buildings in the United States" and has been declared a National Historic Landmark for its architecture. It is used for legal proceedings in the county.
The Steele County Courthouse is the seat of government for Steele County, located in Owatonna, Minnesota, United States. It was built in 1891. The courthouse is a three-story Austin red-brick building with red mortar, accented with Lake Superior brown stone. It was designed by T. Dudley Allen of Minneapolis in a Romanesque Revival and Italianate style, featuring corner towers, a turret, and a large clock on four sides. Windows are arched and a statue representing Mercy, Law, and Justice sits above the north face of the building. Polished granite columns support double arches at the entrances. The interior is decorated with wainscoting, woodwork, and an ornate oak staircase. The courthouse was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976 for having local significance in the themes of architecture and politics/government. It was nominated for its Romanesque Revival architecture and long service as Steele County's government seat.
The Chowan County Courthouse is a historic courthouse in Edenton, the county seat of Chowan County, North Carolina. Built in 1767, it is one of the finest examples of public Georgian architecture in the American South. It was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1970.
The Confederate Memorial Fountain in Hopkinsville, Kentucky is a monument dedicated in October 1911. It is on the National Register of Historic Places.
The Cain House, also known as the Alexander Creel Tavern and the St. Marys Lodge #41 A.F. & A. M. was built in 1850 for Alexander H. Creel in St. Marys, West Virginia. The Cain House provided lodging for travelers along the Ohio River, and functioned as a courthouse for Pleasants County immediately after its formation.
The Wyoming County Courthouse and Jail is a historic courthouse and jail located in Pineville, Wyoming County, West Virginia. It consists of the unusually large neoclassical courthouse, with a massive pediment, and an adjoining stone jail. The courthouse was designed by West Virginia state architect A. F. Wysong and built in 1916 of locally quarried stone. The jail was built of similar materials in 1930 with Work Projects Administration labor. A statue of preacher W.H.H. Cook, an early settler of the area and influential citizen, stands in front of the courthouse.
The Wirt County Courthouse in Elizabeth, West Virginia was built to replace a courthouse that burned May 15, 1910. The new neoclassical courthouse was designed by B.F. Smith and subsequently built by his company. The courthouse is the most significant building in the small community of Elizabeth, with a population of less than 1000. The brick courthouse features a two-story columned pediment and is surmounted by a clock tower.

The Doddridge County Courthouse in West Union, Doddridge County, West Virginia, USA, was designed in the Victorian Romanesque style by J. Charles Fulton, who also designed courthouses in Barbour County and Randolph County. Built in 1899 by contractor John B. Conn, the courthouse features stone carvings by James Grant. The courthouse replaced a previous courthouse that was destroyed by fire in 1898.
The Tyler County Courthouse and Jail in Middlebourne, West Virginia was built in 1854 to replace an 1829 structure. The courthouse was extensively renovated and modified in 1922 to a design by E.C.S. Holmboe and a Mr. Pogue of Clarksburg. The redesign created a Classical Revival composition using the structure of the older building.
The Ritchie County Courthouse in Harrisville, West Virginia is a Neoclassical Revival building designed in 1923 by Clarksburg architects Holmboe & Pogue, and built by Forman & Putnam. It replaced an 1874 courthouse. The courthouse is relatively elaborate compared to its largely rural setting.
The Mercer County Courthouse in Princeton, West Virginia was built in 1930–31 in the Art Moderne style. Designed by Alex B. Mahood, it is the most significant example of the style in southern West Virginia. Friezes above the front and rear doors were designed by Mrs. S.L. Mahood, the mother of the architect.

The 1896 courthouse and 1914 jail were nominated to the Register for being local landmarks representative of Le Sueur County's government and the origin of Le Center as a purpose-built county seat.

Old Berkeley County Courthouse, also known as Old Courthouse, is a historic courthouse located at Mount Pleasant, Charleston County, South Carolina. It was built in 1884, and is a two-story, rectangular, stucco over brick building in the Italianate style. It features large matching double stairways leading to the main entrance on the second floor. The building served as county courthouse for Berkeley County from 1884 to 1898. After 1898 until 1968, it was used by both Baptists and Lutherans as a church. It is now known as the G. Mcgrath Darby Building.
