Poshot (Persian : پشت‎; also known as Ḩasan Kenār, Poshad, Poshd, Pūshāt, Pūshāt, Pūshowd, and Pūsht)^[1] is a village in Sand-e Mir Suiyan Rural District, Dashtiari District, Chabahar County, Sistan and Baluchestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 220, in 44 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Sand-e Mir Suiyan Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Dashtiari District, Chabahar County, Sistan and Baluchestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 12,151, in 2,387 families. The rural district has 25 villages.

Dashtiari District is a district (bakhsh) in Chah Bahar County, Sistan and Baluchestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 57,813, in 11,196 families. The District has one city: Negur. The District has three rural districts (dehestan): Bahu Kalat Rural District, Negur Rural District, and Sand-e Mir Suiyan Rural District.
