Sand-e Nur Mohammad (Persian : سندنورمحمد‎, also Romanized as Sand-e Nūr Moḩammad; also known as Sand, Sand Bāhū, Sand-e Bāhū, and Sīşad)^[1] is a village in Bahu Kalat Rural District, Dashtiari District, Chabahar County, Sistan and Baluchestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 637, in 103 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script, which itself evolved from the Aramaic alphabet.

Bahu Kalat Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Dashtiari District, Chabahar County, Sistan and Baluchestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 24,478, in 4,908 families. The rural district has 65 villages.

Dashtiari District is a district (bakhsh) in Chah Bahar County, Sistan and Baluchestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 57,813, in 11,196 families. The District has one city: Negur. The District has three rural districts (dehestan): Bahu Kalat Rural District, Negur Rural District, and Sand-e Mir Suiyan Rural District.
