Posht Asbi (Persian : پشت اسبي‎, also Romanized as Posht Asbī; also known as Tolombeh-ye Fatḥābād)^[1] is a village in Malekabad Rural District, in the Central District of Sirjan County, Kerman Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 46, in 10 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Malekabad Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Sirjan County, Kerman Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 8,381, in 1,968 families. The rural district has 27 villages.
