Proteiniphilum is a Gram-negative, obligately anaerobic, proteolytic and chemoorganotrophic genus from the family of Dysgonomonadaceae. [1] [2] [3] [4]
The Alteromonadales are an order of Pseudomonadota. Although they have been treated as a single family, the Alteromonadaceae, they were divided into eight by Ivanova et al. in 2004. The cells are straight or curved rods. They are motile by the use of a single flagellum. Most of the species are marine.
The Alteromonadaceae are a family of Pseudomonadota. They are now one of several families in the order Alteromonadales, including Alteromonas and its closest relatives. Species of this family are mostly rod-like shaped and motile by using one polar flagellum.
Fermentimonas is a genus from the family of Dysgonomonadaceae, with one known species.
Fermentimonas caenicola is a Gram-negative bacterium from the genus Fermentimonas.
Ignatzschineria is a genus of bacteria from the class Gammaproteobacteria. Ignatzschineria is named after Ignaz Rudolph Schiner.
Proteiniphilum acetatigenes is a Gram-negative, rod-shaped, non-spore-forming, proteolytic, strictly anaerobic and motile bacterium from the genus of Proteiniphilum which has been isolated from granule sludge from a UASB reactor in China.
Proteiniphilum saccharofermentans is a Gram-negative and facultatively anaerobic bacterium from the genus of Proteiniphilum which has been isolated from a mesophilic laboratory-scale biogas reactor.
Idiomarinaceae is a Gram-negative and mesophilic family in the order of Alteromonadales. Bacteria of the family Idiomarinaceae occur in saline environments.
Ferrimonadaceae is a family in the order of Alteromonadales.
Paraferrimonas is an iron-reducing genus of bacteria from the family of Ferrimonadaceae.
Niabella is a genus of bacteria from the family of Chitinophagaceae.
Terrimonas is a Gram-negative, aerobic and non-motile genus of bacteria from the family of Chitinophagaceae.
Galbibacter is a genus of bacteria from the family of Flavobacteriaceae.
Gramella is a genus of bacteria from the family of Flavobacteriaceae. Gramella is named after the Danish pharmacologist Hans Christian Gram.
Kordia is a Gram-negative, strictly aerobic and non-motile genus of bacteria from the family of Flavobacteriaceae.
Mesonia is a strictly aerobic and chemoorganotrophic genus of bacteria from the family of Flavobacteriaceae.
Salegentibacter is a genus of bacteria from the family of Flavobacteriaceae.
Subsaxibacter is a genus of bacteria from the family of Flavobacteriaceae.
