Psaphida resumens, commonly named the figure-eight sallow, is a species of moth of the family Noctuidae. It is found from southern Ontario and Massachusetts to Florida, west to Texas, north to Minnesota.
The wingspan is 32–38 mm. Adults are on wing from March to May.
The larvae feed on the leaves of oak and maple.

This is the most recent election in which the incumbent president has failed to win re-election. The election saw the highest voter turnout by percentage since 1900, with each of the two main tickets receiving more than 74 million votes, surpassing Barack Obama's record of 69.5 million votes from 2008.
