Nathan Cavaleri is an Australian blues rock singer-songwriter and guitarist, and a former child actor. He issued two albums as a solo artist, Jammin' with the Cats (1993) and Nathan (1994). He has been a member of various groups including Dirty Skanks (2003–10), and Nat Col and the Kings (2010–2012). At the age of six Cavaleri was diagnosed with leukaemia and has been in remission since he was 13. As a child actor he appeared in the American film Camp Nowhere (1994) and starred in Paws (1997).

The Tin Lids were an Australian children's pop group formed in 1990 with Mahalia, Eliza-Jane 'E.J.', Jackie and Elly-May Barnes all on vocals. They are the four children of Jane and Jimmy Barnes. The group released three albums: Hey Rudolph!, which peaked at No. 6 on the ARIA Albums Chart, Snakes & Ladders, which was nominated for Best Children's Album at the 1993 ARIA Awards, and Dinosaur Dreaming (1993). It was released in November 1988 and went to number one on the Australian albums chart for three weeks later that month. Barnes and his backing band were recorded at their Melbourne performances from December 1987 to February 1988.

It was released in Australia by Mushroom Records and was his fifth consecutive No. 1 album, debuting in September 1990 and remaining at the position for four weeks. On 16 June 1991, Two Fires again reached No. 1, making it the only Barnes album to achieve such a feat. The title track, "Between Two Fires", was co-written with the hit songwriter, Holly Knight. It notably omitted "Stick to Your Guns".

Out in the Blue is the twelfth studio album by Australian singer Jimmy Barnes. It was released on 24 November 2007 as both a single-disc and limited double-disc edition. The majority of the songs on the album were written by Barnes, many of them in relation to his recent heart surgery. Neil Finn contributed the track "Blue Hotel" and Kasey Chambers performs a duet on "When Two Hearts Collide". Jim Moginie of Midnight Oil also appears on the album.
