Ankycorbin is a protein that in humans is encoded by the RAI14 gene. [5] [6] Ankycorbin has been associated with the cortical actin cytoskeleton structures in terminal web, cell-cell adhesion sites as well as stress fibres. [7]
Cortactin is a monomeric protein located in the cytoplasm of cells that can be activated by external stimuli to promote polymerization and rearrangement of the actin cytoskeleton, especially the actin cortex around the cellular periphery. It is present in all cell types. When activated, it will recruit Arp2/3 complex proteins to existing actin microfilaments, facilitating and stabilizing nucleation sites for actin branching. Cortactin is important in promoting lamellipodia formation, invadopodia formation, cell migration, and endocytosis.
Filamin A, alpha (FLNA) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the FLNA gene.
Dynamin-2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the DNM2 gene.
Alpha-actinin-1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the ACTN1 gene.
Spectrin beta chain, brain 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SPTBN1 gene.
CD2-associated protein is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CD2AP gene.
Drebrin-like protein is a protein that in humans is encoded by the DBNL gene.
Lymphocyte-specific protein 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the LSP1 gene.

Actin-related protein 2/3 complex subunit 4 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the ARPC4 gene.
Myosin phosphatase Rho-interacting protein is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the MPRIP gene.
Rnd2 is a small signaling G protein, and is a member of the Rnd subgroup of the Rho family of GTPases. It is encoded by the gene RND2.
Filamin-binding LIM protein 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the FBLIM1 gene.

Actin-related protein 3B also known as ARP3-beta is a protein that in humans is encoded by the ACTR3B gene. Pseudogenes of this gene are located on chromosomes 2, 4, 10, 16, 22 and Y. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants and protein isoforms.
Amyloid beta A4 precursor protein-binding family B member 1-interacting protein (APBB1IP), also known as APBB1-interacting protein 1 or Rap1-GTP-interacting adapter molecule (RIAM) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the APBB1IP gene.
Villin 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the VIL1 gene.
