He debuted as a small time actor in the film Shreeram in 2003 and went on to appear in more than 100 films. Prior to films, he worked as a tourists' entertainer in Coorg district of Karnataka. He turned producer with the film Raaga in which he plays the lead role along with Bhama.

Dandupalya 3 is a 2018 Indian Kannada-language crime thriller film directed by Srinivas Raju and produced by Ram Talluri. Based on the infamous dacoit gang from Dandupalya, the film is a sequel to the 2017 critically acclaimed film Dandupalya 2 and is third film in the franchise. The film stars Pooja Gandhi, continuing her role from the prequels and most of the principal cast including P. Ravishankar, Makarand Deshpande, Ravi Kale, Shruti, Petrol Prasanna and Sanjjanaa reprise their roles from the previous films. Victory 2 is a 2018 Indian Kannada-language comedy film directed by Hari Santhosh, written by Tharun Sudhir and produced by Tharun Shivappa under the banner Tharun Talkies. Initially published as a sequel to Nanda Kishore's 2013 film Victory, the film retains the cast and crew of the prequel including actors Sharan, Asmita Sood, P. Ravishankar, Sadhu Kokila and technicians including Guruprashanth Rai as cinematographer and Arjun Janya as music composer. Apoorva, Avinash, Nassar, Tabla Nani among others are newly added in the cast.

The film marks the debut of television personality, Shruti Naidu as the producer under her home banner Shruti Naidu Chitra. The film features Jaggesh, Madhoo, Sudharani, Hitha Chandrashekar and Vivek Simha in the lead roles. The supporting cast includes H. G. Dattatreya, Bhargavi Narayan and Pramod.
