Ashok Gehlot is an Indian politician who served as the Chief Minister of Rajasthan from 1998 to December 2003, then again from 2008 to December 2013, and later from 2018 to December 2023. He represents Sardarpura constituency of Jodhpur as Member of Legislative Assembly of Rajasthan since 1999. He was a Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha from Jodhpur from 1991 to 1999 and from 1980 to 1989 and Union Minister of State for Textile from 1991 to 1993, Tourism and Civil aviation from 1984 to 1984 and Deputy Union minister for Sports from 1984 to 1984. He was also a national General secretary of Congress Party, in-charge of organisations and training from March 2018 to 23 January 2019. He was also made in-charge of Gujarat state in 2017 Gujarat Legislative Assembly election.
Captain Sachin Pilot is an Indian politician. Earlier he served as the MoS Corporate Affairs & MoS Communication & IT, Government of India, Deputy Chief Minister of Rajasthan and also President of the Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee. As Member of the Congress party, he has represented the Tonk assembly seat in Rajasthan since 2018. Pilot became the youngest citizen of India to become Member of Parliament, at the age of 26.
C. P. Joshi is an Indian politician and a five-time MLA from Nathdwara, Rajasthan. He was born in a Brahmin family in Nathdwara, Rajasthan and he is a member of the Indian National Congress. He is the current Speaker of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly. Previously, he was the Member of Parliament of India from Bhilwara in the 15th Lok Sabha. He was one of the first 19 members of India's new cabinet sworn in on 22 May 2009, despite being a first-time member of the Lok Sabha. As a union minister, Joshi held key portfolios like Road Transport and Highways, and Rural Development and Panchayati Raj in the Second Manmohan Singh ministry. Moreover, he was also a Cabinet Minister of the Government of Rajasthan from 1998 to 2003.
Sharwan Kumar is an Indian politician serving as member of Rajasthan Legislative Assembly. He has been elected as member of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly for six-terms. He is a member of the Indian National Congress.
Legislative Assembly elections were held in the Indian state of Rajasthan on 1 December 2013. Results were announced on 8 December. The incumbent ruling party Indian National Congress, led by the Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, lost the elections to Vasundhara Raje-led BJP, who was being touted as the next incumbent.
Golma Devi Meena is a member of the 14th Rajasthan Legislative Assembly. She represents the Rajgarh Laxmangarh constituency of Alwar district in the Indian state of Rajasthan. In the 2013 state assembly elections, she defeated Surajbhan Dhanka of the Samajwadi Party with a margin of 8,128 votes. She was an independent candidate in 2008 Rajasthan Legislative Assembly election from Mahwa and minister of state for Khadi and village industries in the government headed by Ashok Gehlot in 2009 but quit the post after four months. She left the party because in her opinion its leaders in the state repeatedly humiliated her husband, Kirodi Lal Meena. Kirodi himself is a former Bharatiya Janata Party politician who was a cabinet minister holding the portfolio of food and civil supplies. As of 2016, he is a member of National People's Party.. She was a BJP candidate from Sapotara in the 2018 Rajasthan Legislative Assembly election, but she was defeated by Ramesh Chand Meena of the Indian National Congress.
Murari Lal Meena is an Indian politician, serving as a member of Rajasthan Legislative Assembly from Dausa Constituency since 2018. He previously served as an MLA from the Bandikui constituency from 2003 to 2008 and subsequently from the Dausa constituency from 2008 to 2013. He is also a former cabinet minister and minister of state in the Government of Rajasthan. Meena had fielded his wife as a Congress candidate against Jaskaur Meena, the BJP candidate from Dausa in the 17th Lok Sabha elections of India, but she lost the election. Meena is considered a supporter of Sachin Pilot. In 2024 Indian general election, Meena is the candidate of the Indian National Congress from Dausa.
Shri Parsadi Lal Meena is an Indian politician and Former Cabinet Minister of Health & State Excise in Ashok Gehlot ministry and also member of 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 13th and 15th Legislative Assembly of Rajasthan. He also served as Minister of Cooperative and Food Supply for two terms (1998–2003) and (2008–2013). And currently he represents Lalsot Assembly constituency as a member of Indian National Congress.
Sapotra is a constituency of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly covering the Sapotra Tehsil in the Karauli district of Rajasthan, India.
On 12 July 2020, around 19 members of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, as claimed by the then Deputy Chief Minister of Rajasthan Sachin Pilot, flew to Delhi after disputes over different offices between rival factions of the Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee, starting a governmental crisis in the state of Rajasthan.

He served as the Minister of State for the Youth Affairs & Sports Department, Skill, Employment & Entrepreneurship, Transport, and Soldier Welfare in the Government of Rajasthan from 2018 to 2023.
Lalit Meena is an Indian politician currently serving as a member of the 16th Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, representing the Kishanganj constituency in Baran district. He previously served as an MLA from 2013 to 2018, representing the same constituency.
Pana Chand Meghwal is an Indian politician from the Indian National Congress and former member of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly. He is elected to represent the Baran-Atru Constituency. He wrote an application for resignation from the Rajasthan Assembly on 15 August, 2022. Miffed over cases of alleged atrocities on Dalits, Congress MLA Pana Chand Meghwal sent his resignation to Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, stating that he does not have the right to remain as an MLA if he cannot protect the rights of his community. However, his resignation was not accepted, and he continues to serve as an MLA.
Madan Prajapat is an Indian politician from Rajasthan who has served in the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly since 2018. He previously served in the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly from 2008 to 2013. Prajapat represents Pachpadra as a member of the Indian National Congress.
