Ramsgate Maintenance Depot is a traction maintenance depot located in Ramsgate, Kent, England. The depot is situated on the Chatham Main Line and is immediately northwest of Ramsgate station, with access to the maintenance facilities and stabling sidings almost exclusively accessible from the Margate direction. Trains coming from Minster junction can only access the depot reception roads, the carriage cleaning shed (roads 1-4) and stabling roads 5-6 without reversing. [2]

The depot is operated by Southeastern and maintains Class 375, 377, 395, 465 and 466s.
The depot is the home depot for the Class 375 and 377/5 units, although these are also maintained at Gillingham and Slade Green depots.
Birkenhead North TMD is a traction maintenance depot, which is owned by Network Rail and operated by Stadler. Located opposite Birkenhead North railway station, it is currently responsible for servicing and stabling Merseyrail's fleet of Class 507, 508 and class 777 electric multiple units.

Colchester engine shed was a motive power depot located in Colchester in the county of Essex in the UK. The original depot dated back to the opening of the Eastern Counties Railway (ECR) in 1843 and a second engine shed was built following the opening of the Eastern Union Railway in 1846. The ECR shed closed and the EUR shed was in use until November 1959 when the line was electrified and Colchester station rebuilt. A smaller two track engine shed was provided south of the station and after closure in the 1990s it was used for the stabling of diesel and electrical multiple units. It is currently known as Colchester Carriage Servicing Depot and units can be washed externally and cleaned internally on site.
