Real Hasta la Muerte (RHLM) is a Puerto Rican record label founded by Puerto Rican rapper Anuel AA in 2017, it has one headquarters located in Puerto Rico [1] and two in Florida. [2] [3] Releases by artists signed to the label are distributed by The Orchard. [4]

History

2017–2019

Real Hasta la Muerte was founded in 2017 by Anuel AA, a year before releasing his debut album Real Hasta la Muerte, this happened while he was in prison.

Anuel's Real Hasta la Muerte (2018) was the label's first album release, leading both the artist and label to tremendous success, debuting at number fifty-one on the Billboard 200. [5]

On April 24, 2019, Anuel signs a contract with The Orchard for them to distribute the music of all the members of Real Hasta la Muerte.

I am super excited to work with The Orchard to share my new music with the world, as an independent artist, this is a great step forward.

2020–present

In 2020 Kendo Kaponi is released from prison, signs for the label and releases his song "Resistencia". [6] In May 2020, Anuel releases his second studio album, Emmanuel, debuting at number eight on the Billboard 200. [7] On November 19, 2020, Anuel released his song "Me Contagié 2" on his Instagram account, [8] announcing his retirement from music, but in January 2021 he returned to music, releasing his third studio album Los Dioses with Ozuna, debuting at number ten on the Billboard 200. [9] In November 2021, Anuel releases his four studio album, Las Leyendas Nunca Mueren , debuting at number thirty on the Billboard 200. [10]

On August 20, 2022, Frabián Elí was removed from his position as president of the label and files a lawsuit against Anuel AA for breach of contract. [11] On August 22, 2022, José Gazmey becomes the new president of the label. [12]

In December 2022, Anuel releases his fifth studio album LLNM2 , debuting at number thirty on the Billboard 200. [13]

Raised in Carolina, Puerto Rico, he started recording music at age fourteen and began posting it online four years later in 2014, before eventually signing to the Latin division of fellow American rapper Rick Ross's Maybach Music Group. His 2016 mixtape Real Hasta la Muerte was well-received, but his success was put on hold the same year by a 30-month prison sentence for illegal firearm possession in Puerto Rico. He recorded the entirety of his debut album while incarcerated, during which time his genre of music surged in popularity.

Real Hasta la Muerte is the debut studio album by Puerto Rican rapper Anuel AA. Released on July 17, 2018, under the label Real Hasta la Muerte, the album features 12 tracks, and features collaborations with urban artists such as Zion, Wisin, Ozuna and Ñengo Flow. It was released hours before Anuel AA left jail and on September 18, 2018, the RIAA certified Real Hasta la Muerte Platinum.

Los Dioses is a collaborative studio album by Puerto Rican rapper Anuel AA and Puerto Rican singer Ozuna. It was released on January 22, 2021, by Real Hasta la Muerte, Aura Music and Sony Music Latin. The production on the album was handled by multiple producers including: Tainy, DJ Luian, Ovy on the Drums, Foreign Teck, Súbelo Neo, Mambo Kingz and Mvsis. The pair previously collaborated on seceral singles, including "China", "Adicto", "Brindemos" and "Cambio".

"Los Dioses" is a song by Puerto Rican rapper Anuel AA and Puerto Rican singer Ozuna, released in January 21, 2021, a day before the release of their collaborative album of the same name. It was released by Real Hasta la Muerte and Aura Music.

Formerly announced as an EP with the title Me Fui de Gira, the project follows his studio album Las Leyendas Nunca Mueren (2021) as its second part.

The Rompecorazones Tour was the fifth concert tour by Puerto Rican rapper and singer-songwriter Anuel AA to promote his first extended play Rompecorazones, which was cancelled later. Promoted by Real Hasta la Muerte, it began on July 21, 2023, in Miami, Florida and concluded on September 30 in Panama City, Panama, comprising 14 dates over 14 cities throughout North America, Europe and South America.

"Súbelo" is a song by Puerto Rican singers Anuel AA, Myke Towers and Jhayco. It was released through Real Hasta la Muerte on November 18, 2021, as the third single from the album Las Leyendas Nunca Mueren (2021), which revealed the official cover of the album.

The Las Leyendas Nunca Mueren Tour was the fourth concert tour by Puerto Rican rapper and singer-songwriter Anuel AA to promote his third and fourth studio solo albums Las Leyendas Nunca Mueren and LLNM2. Promoted by Real Hasta la Muerte, LLC, it began on April 30, 2023, in Miami, Florida and concluded on December 6 in Quito, Ecuador, comprising 45 dates over 39 cities throughout North America, South America and Europe. A second part of the tour titled Legends Never Die USA Tour was announced with new dates of the postponed concerts in the United States. It began on April 28, 2023, in Orlando, Florida and concluded on December 10, 2023, in Washington.

Luian Malavé Nieves, better known as DJ Luian, is a Puerto Rican record producer, songwriter and DJ. He is recognized for working with artists such as Anuel AA, Arcángel, Bad Bunny, J Balvin, Don Omar, among others. In 2015, he founded along with Puerto Rican producer duo Mambo Kingz the record label Hear This Music.
