Restraining Bolt is the third and final studio album by American alternative rock band Radish, released on April 22, 1997. Ben Kweller, the group's frontman, was only 15 at the time the album was released. The album was a commercial failure, selling only 13,000 copies by March 1998. [1] [2]

Similar to her work on its predecessor, The Woman in Me (1995), Twain entirely collaborated with producer and then-husband Robert John "Mutt" Lange. With both having busy schedules, they often wrote apart and later intertwined their ideas. Twain wanted to improve her songwriting skills and write a conversational album reflecting her personality and beliefs. The resulting songs explore themes of romance and female empowerment, addressed with humor.

Sha Sha is the debut album by American indie rock singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and former Radish member Ben Kweller. The album was originally composed of outtakes from sessions for Radish's unreleased album Discount Fireworks. It was self-released by Kweller, via CD-R, in 2000. In 2002, ATO Records released a second version of the album with a radically different track listing featuring many new recordings and songs.

Radish were an American post-grunge band. The band formed in 1993 by Ben Kweller, John Kent and Ryan Green. After signing to a major record label and a lot of initial press, the interest in them dissipated and they disbanded.
