His thirteenth album, Revenue Retrievin': Overtime Shift , was released on the same day. He also released his eleventh and twelfth albums on the same day in 2010.

"She Smashed the Homie" was released as promotional single for the album. The song features Snoop Dogg and Ray J. [2]

Initially an underground artist, his 1995 solo album In a Major Way opened him up to a wider audience. Serving as the main theme of the 2006 film The Pink Panther, in which Beyonce co-starred as Xania, it was supposed to be featured on the film's soundtrack. As it was ultimately not included on the soundtrack, the version with additional vocals from Slim Thug was placed on the 2005 Destiny's Child's greatest hits album #1's. Its original release date was scheduled for February 2005, but heavy bootlegging and numerous delays held the album back, forcing a vast majority of its original track listing to be replaced. The original track listing included a version of the track "I Ain't Heard of That" which featured Jay-Z.

The song was produced by Mannie Fresh, who also shares co-writing credits alongside Pimp C, Bun B, T.I., Ice Cube, The Meters, Freddie Southwell, Eazy-E and Dr. Dre. The song, which features Southern hip hop duo UGK, samples and embodies portions of the duo's 1994 single "Front, Back, Side to Side", from their second album Super Tight. The Game himself revealed that the song would be released on July 31, 2006, but actually was released on July 24, 2006.
