Road 45 is a road in Bushehr Province and Khuzestan Province of coastal southwestern Iran. [1]

It connects Bandar Deylam and the Persian Gulf Coastal Road to Ramhormoz and the Ahvaz-Esfahan Road via Behbahan. [2]
