Road 52 is a road in western Iran connecting Borujerd to Nahavand and Kangavar. This road is a transit road connecting Arak to western Iran. [1]

Road 49 (Iran)

Freeway 2 (Iran) Road in Iran

Freeway 2 consists of two separate sections in northwestern respectively northeastern Iran:

Road 21 is a road in west and north-west Iran. It connects western province capitals to each other and to Azerbaijan border.

Road 56 is a road in central Iran. It connects the central city of Qom in Qom province to western city of Borujerd in Lorestan province. It starts from the northern Ring road of Qom then connects Qom - and via other roads Tehran and Esfahan - to the industrial city of Arak. After Arak it continues towards west and it ends in Borujerd there run into by Road 37 & Road 52.

Road 43 is a road in Khuzestan Province, of western coastal Iran.

Road 15 (Iran)

Road 15 is two segments of roadways in Western Iran. The northern segment opened in the year 2011. This road connects the city of Ardabil to Tehran - Tabriz Freeway, thus providing a direct connection from Ardabil to Tehran and beyond.

Road 17 is a road in western Iran connecting Kermanshah via Islamabad-e-gharb to Ilam and to Mehran.

Road 46 is a road across the Zagros Mountains, located in Hamadan Province and Kurdistan Province of western Iran.

Aji Chay Bridge

Aji Chy Bridge is a historic bridge in Northwest of Tabriz on the Aji Chay river. This bridge was used to connect Tabriz to the Northwestern parts of Iranian Azerbaijan and a major element on route to connect rest of country to Turkey and Russia. In this function it was a major element in connecting East and Western parts of the Silk road. The bridge has been restored and damaged numerous times during the course of history either by natural disasters or during the wars happened in the region. The latest major reconstruction of the bridge was performed in the 19th century during Abbas Mirza's governorship by architect Hadj-Seyed-Hossein Tajer. The bridge includes 16 spans with an overall length of 105 meters and width of 5 meters. Due to several times of restoration and reconstruction the bridge doesn't have a uniform architecture. Three spans out of 16 are semi circular shape while rest of the spans are in zig zag shape. Recently the restoration of the bridge was performed by Iranian Organization of Cultural Heritages and registered in Iranian national heritages with number 2516.

Tehran-Shomal Freeway

Freeway 3, or more commonly known as Tehran-Shomal Freeway will be a freeway in Northern Iran, connecting Tehran to cities of western Mazandaran. Currently, sections 1 & 4 are in service and section 2 is under construction. Construction process at section 3 is not started yet. The freeway runs parallel to Road 59, the old road connecting Karaj to Chalus.

Tabriz Metro

The Tabriz Metro is a rapid transit system serving the city of Tabriz, Iran. The first phase opened on 28 August 2015 with 7 km length and 6 stations. There is also one regional commuter line planned to Sahand.
