Road 92 is a road in Iran. [1] The western part of it is a part of Shiraz-Bandarabbas road. The central part passes northern Hamun Jazmurian Lake. The eastern part connects Iranshahr to Saravan.
Iran has a long paved road system linking most of its towns and all of its cities. In 2011 the country had 173,000 kilometres (107,000 mi) of roads, of which 73% were paved. In 2008 there were nearly 100 passenger cars for every 1,000 inhabitants.

The Royal Road was an ancient highway reorganized and rebuilt for trade by Darius the Great, the Achaemenid emperor, in the 5th century BC. Darius I built the road to facilitate rapid communication on the western part of his large empire from Susa to Sardis. Mounted couriers of the Angarium were supposed to travel 1,677 miles (2,699 km) from Susa to Sardis in nine days; the journey took ninety days on foot.

Bishapur was an ancient city in Sasanid Persia (Iran) on the ancient road between Persis and Elam. The road linked the Sassanid capitals Estakhr and Ctesiphon. It is located south of modern Faliyan in the Kazerun County of Pars Province, Iran. Bishapur was built near a river crossing and at the same site there is also a fort with rock-cut reservoirs and a river valley with six Sassanid rock reliefs.

This road goes parallel and in line with Freeway2 from Tehran to Karaj, Hashtgerd, Abyek, Qazvin, Takestan, Abhar, Khorramdarreh, Zanjan, Mianeh, Tabriz, Marand, Mako and finally to Bazargan and the Turkey border. This road is a part of the Asian highway1, which is 260 km long, and connects Tabriz to Bazargan connects Iran and Turkey border. This road passes through six provinces of Tehran, Alborz, Qazvin, Zanjan, East Azerbaijan and West Azerbaijan and is 880 km long.
Road 99 is the most eastern road in Iran. It is a road connecting Iranian border forts to each other used to move supplies to this fort to fight drug trafficking. The only important part is the southern part connecting Zabol to Zahedan and Birjand road. It was built by emperor Mozaffar ad-Din Shah Qajar in the 1890s to act as a military supply route for the Eastern border.

The Spezand–Zaheden Railway Line is one of four main railway lines in Pakistan, operated and maintained by Pakistan Railways. Inward from Pakistan's most western edge, it begins at Spezand Junction and has services that continue beyond Koh-e-Taftan station in high mountains, west. Its length is 632 kilometers (393 mi) to the Iranian border, a few kilometers further west of that station. It has ten active stations, of which seven are in Pakistan and three are in Iran. Many or all primary services since 1940 terminate on the natural continuation in eastern Iran at the high city of Zahedan, which sees a change of gauge for accessing the Trans-Iranian Railway. This section is difficult to maintain due to Nushki Desert and Mountain Ranges.
