Rob Mullett (born 31 July 1987) is a British steeplechase runner. He competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics in the 3000 metres steeplechase event, [3] but failed to reach the final. [1]
Mullett grew up in Sussex and competed for Lewes Athletics club. He completed his undergraduate studies at St Mary's University, Twickenham and after graduating from there, earned a scholarship at Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he earned a Master's in Education, Teaching and Leadership. At Butler, Mullett became the first sub-four-minute miler in school history and holds the school record in the mile. [4]
Mullett now lives in Atlanta, Georgia, where he trains with Atlanta Track Club Elite [4] and competes in road races for prize money.
Moses Kiptanui is a Kenyan middle and long distance athlete mostly famous for 3,000 m steeplechase in which he was the number one ranked athlete from 1991 to 1995 and three time IAAF World Champion. Kiptanui was also the first man ever to run 3000m steeplechase in under eight minutes.He's also known for his coaching role in his later years with Tarbert GAA.
Brian Lee Diemer is a former American track and field athlete, who mainly competed in the 3000 metre steeplechase during his career. He was high school state champion in the mile while running at South Christian High School in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He graduated from the University of Michigan in 1983 after taking third in the 2 mile at the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships, held in nearby Detroit. He won the outdoor 1983 NCAA 3000m Steeplechase in a time of 8:26.95.
Mark Duane Croghan is a former track and field athlete, who mainly competed in the men's 3000 metres steeplechase. He is a three-time Olympian and five-time US national champion in the steeplechase.
Evan Reese Jager is an American middle- and long-distance runner who specializes in the 3000 metres steeplechase. In his speciality event, he won a silver medal at the 2016 Rio Olympics and a bronze at the 2017 World Championships. Jager is the current NACAC area record holder in the event with a time of 8:00.45. He is sponsored by Nike and is coached by Jerry Schumacher in the Bowerman Track Club.

Genevieve Gregson is an Australian athletics competitor who specializes in the 3000 metre steeplechase. She qualified for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and ran 9:26.11 in her Women's 3000m steeplechase heat to qualify for the final. Unfortunately she fell and was unable to complete the race.
Donald Cabral is an American cross country and track runner from Connecticut who went on to star at Princeton University. He has been most successful in the steeplechase, but has also been a National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) All-American in cross country and the 5000 meters, as well as the Ivy League champion at the 3000 meters. He is a former American collegiate steeplechase record holder and was the 2012 NCAA steeplechase champion. He competed in the 2012 Summer Olympics and 2016 Summer Olympics in the steeplechase. At Princeton, Cabral was an eight-time NCAA All-American and ten-time individual Ivy League champion. He was a long distance running champion in high school for Glastonbury High School, winning two Class LL championships as a sophomore and then open state and New England championships as a junior and senior.
Lindsey Anderson is an American middle distance and steeplechase runner. She is a two-time NCAA All-American, a four-time school record holder at Weber State University, and a six-time Big Sky Conference senior champion. She also set a personal best time of 9:30.75 in the 3,000 meter steeplechase by placing second at the 2008 U.S. Olympic Trials in Eugene, Oregon, which guaranteed her a qualifying place for the Olympics. She was the 2019 US National Indoor Champion in the one-mile event running 4:29.47 to capture the title and was the 2015 NCAA Champion in the 3000 meters steeplechase. In 2023, Quigley announced that she would start competing in triathlon events, but that she still plans to race track and field through 2024.
