Rushs Ridge is an extinct town in Mississippi County, in the U.S. state of Missouri. The GNIS classifies it as a populated place. [1]

History

A post office called Rush Ridge was established in 1858, and remained in operation until 1861. [2] The community has the name of William Rush, a first settler. [3] Rush Ridge once had a church [4] and schoolhouse. [5] A cemetery marks the site. [6]
