Tun Abdullah bin Ahmad Badawi is a Malaysian politician who served as the 5th Prime Minister of Malaysia from 2003 to 2009. He was also the President of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO), the largest political party in Malaysia, and led the governing Barisan Nasional parliamentary coalition. He is informally known as Pak Lah, Pak meaning 'Uncle', while Lah is taken from his name 'Abdullah'. He is also referred to as the "Father of Human Capital Development".

The Sarawak Corridor of Renewable Energy ("SCORE") is an economic region and development corridor covering central Sarawak, a Malaysian State on the island of Borneo. SCORE was launched on 11 February 2008 by the 5th Malaysian Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi. It is one of the five regional development corridors launched throughout Malaysia during the Abdullah Ministry. SCORE is managed by the Regional Corridors Development Authority ("RECODA"), a State Government agency created through an Ordinance of the State Legislative Assembly. In 2014, SCORE accounted for 90% of Sarawak total foreign direct investment of RM 9.6 billion, and about 87.2% were from foreign investors. Chief Minister of Sarawak, Adenan Satem was quoted as saying that 19 projects with more than MYR 32 billion in FDI has been approved so far.

The Kota Kinabalu Convention City is a mixed development projects comprising residential, commercial, tourism centre and waterfront in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. It is part of waterfront revitalisation projects under the Sabah Development Corridor (SDC) to transform Kota Kinabalu into a metropolitan city. The building projects covering an area of 9.33-acre site will be developed by Mah Sing Group. Other part of the waterfront is the Jesselton Quay, Kota Kinabalu City Waterfront and One Jesselton Waterfront, which developed by different developers.
