Samuel Ssemakula

Samuel Keefa Kamya Ssemakula is a Ugandan Anglican bishop [1] in the Anglican Church of Uganda. He served as the 4th Bishop of West Buganda Diocese. [2] until 23rd January 2011, when he handed over to his successor, the late bishop, Godfrey Makumbi.
