Sarajevo City Center (SCC) is a business complex and shopping center in downtown Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, that consists of three main parts: a shopping mall and leisure complex; a five star hotel tower; and a commercial offices tower, with a common 4-storey underground parking area with more than 1100 parking spaces. [1]

The building site is located in Marijin Dvor neighborhood, close to the centers of public administration, as well historical (museums), educational (campus of the state university) and business (UNITIC, Avaz Twist Tower and similar). [1] The public transportation is also in its vicinity which enables one to reach the old town of the city in about five minutes. [1]

The SCC Media facade, used for broadcasting advertising, the news, latest in sport, weather forecast, winning games, two-way communication, is the largest in the country and one of the largest video billboards in Europe.

With a total constructed area of 105,410 square meters (1,134,600 sq ft), it is one of the largest commercial business buildings in Bosnia and Herzegovina after completing in early 2014.

Shopping mall and entertainment center

The Shopping Mall offers worldwide known brands in fashion, sports and technology. It is spread upon 49,500 square meters (533,000 sq ft) and contains around 80 shops. [2] Turk Mall is in charge of space leasing and mall management. [2]

The entertainment center is situated on the third (playland) and fourth floor (bowling, laser, bumper cars, children's playroom, simulator games, billiards), while more than 15 restaurants are present with more than 550 seats. [2]

The Swissôtel Sarajevo has 218 rooms on 13,900 square meters (150,000 sq ft). [3]

Skenderija is a cultural, sports and trade center located in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. In the area of 70,000 square meters there are multipurpose halls for various sports, concert and cultural venues, and trade areas above ground including square. Underground is a modern shopping center "Privredni grad" with numerous confectionery shops, restaurants, coffee bars and other spaces. Skenderija consists of several venues which include: Dom Mladih, Ars Aevi and Mirza Delibašić Hall.

Gateway Mall is a shopping mall in the Araneta City in Cubao, Quezon City, Philippines. Owned and operated by the Araneta City, Inc., a subsidiary of the Araneta Group, the mall was completed in 2004 and currently has 300,000 m2 (3,200,000 sq ft) of total floor area, making the mall one of largest in the Philippines. The Gateway Mall also currently sits on the northern area of the Araneta City, located at the northern end of the historic Araneta Coliseum and attracts over 220,000 shoppers daily, due to its close proximity to transport terminals and train stations.

St. Francis Square is a 1.30-hectare (3.2-acre) mixed-use commercial complex located in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong, Philippines. Groundbreaking and construction of the complex began in 1998 and was completed in 2000. Due to some controversies regarding the St. Francis Square Group of Companies, construction and the finishing of interiors were halted. Construction resumed in 2009 and the building was finished in 2011.

ARIA Centar, formerly known as BBI Centar, is a shopping mall in the center of Sarajevo. It is one of the largest shopping malls in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with an area of 43,000 m2 (460,000 sq ft). It was opened on 6 April 2009. ARIA Centar was built on the site where Robna kuća Sarajka, a popular state-owned department store, stood during the time Bosnia and Herzegovina was part of SFR Yugoslavia. Construction took place between 2006 and 2009. The four middle floors are also home to the headquarters of Al Jazeera Balkans and Bosna Bank International.
