The economy of Bosnia and Herzegovina is a transitional, upper middle income economy. Bosnia and Herzegovina declared independence from socialist Yugoslavia on 1 March 1992. The main trading partners are Germany, Italy, Austria, Turkey and other neighboring Balkan countries.
Sarajevo is the capital and largest city of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a population of 275,524 in its administrative limits. The Sarajevo metropolitan area including Sarajevo Canton, East Sarajevo and nearby municipalities is home to 555,210 inhabitants. Boulder Towers is a large commercial building complex in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The complex consists of two twin high-rise buildings, Boulder Towers East Tower and Boulder Towers West Tower, which both rise 253 feet. Each building contains 15 floors. The complex was originally constructed in 1960, consisting of only the West Tower; the East Tower was constructed in 1980. The Boulder Towers currently stand as the tallest twin towers in Tulsa and the state of Oklahoma. In addition, as of October, 2018, they are tied as the 18th-tallest buildings in Tulsa. The Boulder Towers are the 6th-tallest modern style skyscrapers in the city, behind the Cityplex Tower, the First Place Tower, the University Club Tower, Cityplex West Tower and the Liberty Towers complex.

Television, radio, magazines and newspapers are all operated by both state-owned and for-profit corporations which depend on advertising, subscription, and other sales-related revenues. The Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina guarantees freedom of speech, although political and business pressures - coupled with administrative fragmentation - still hinder the independence of journalists and media outlets.

Total Plaza is a tower in Downtown Houston, Texas, one block from the Allen Center complex. The building, managed by Brookfield Properties, opened in 1971. The 35-story building, designed by the architect Lloyd, Morgan & Jones, was renovated in 1981 and 1996, and features a mirror-finished reflective glass on its exterior. Each floor has about 24,000 sq ft (2,200 m2), with a total of 847,200 sq ft (78,710 m2). The building is named after its major tenant, Total Petrochemicals USA, a subsidiary of TotalEnergies SE. The complex was formerly the headquarters of the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County (METRO).
Momo and Uzeir was a Yugoslav comedy duo made up of Bosniak Rejhan Demirdžić and Serbian-born Rudolf "Rudi" Alvađ. The characters of Momo and Uzeir were created by Nikola Škrba (1922–1995). Their radio comedy show Cik Cak aired on Radio Sarajevo and was popular all over Yugoslavia.
Radio Sarajevo is a radio station and magazine that began airing 10 April 1945, four days after the liberation of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina near the end of World War II. It was Bosnia and Herzegovina's first radio station. The first words spoken by announcer Đorđe Lukić were "This is Radio Sarajevo... Death to fascism, freedom to the people!"
