It is the third SM Supermall in Quezon City, after SM City North EDSA and SM City Sta. Mesa. It has a land area of 202,000 square metres, a total gross floor area of 282,681 m2 (3,042,750 sq ft), making it the fifth largest SM Supermall within the country after SM City North EDSA, SM Megamall, SM Seaside City Cebu, and SM Mall of Asia as well as the sixth largest shopping mall in the Philippines, in terms of total floor area. Although it is named after Brgy. Fairview, it is based in Lagro area.

Queensbay Mall is the largest shopping mall in Penang, Malaysia. Located in Bayan Lepas, the building was completed in early July 2006 and was opened to the public in December 2006. The mall covers a gross built-up area of 2,500,000 sq ft (230,000 m2) and contains over 400 shop lots spread out over five floors, attracting several established international brands. Its main anchor tenant is AEON and a Golden Screen Cinema complex is housed within its top floor. The mall has basement parking and multilevel parking lot for shoppers.
Football Association of Montenegro Camp, commonly referred to as simply Camp FSCG, is the training facility and stadiums complex in Podgorica, Montenegro. It is operated by the Football Association of Montenegro, whose seat is inside the complex. Parts of the camp are ownership of FK Budućnost, FK Mladost, FK Ribnica and FK Grafičar.
