Satisfied is the fifth studio album by American singer-songwriter Taylor Dayne. It includes the single, "Beautiful" which went to Number 1 on the Billboard Hot Dance Charts in April 2008. [3] "Crash" was used in a promotional commercial for the ABC network. This is Dayne's first album in ten years as well as her latest album to date.

The album has received positive to mixed reviews from music critics. AllMusic described Taylor's voice on the album as older and more mature and said that she also sounded "warm, rounded, and tonal". [1] The site gave a positive response to her covers of "Under the Bridge", "Fool to Cry", and "Kissing You", and praised the album's first single, "Beautiful". Slant Magazine compliments the album track "Crash" by calling it a "bombastic Celine Dion-style power ballad". [4]

"Tell It to My Heart" is a 1987 song performed by American singer Taylor Dayne, released as her first single from her first album of the same name. The single was Dayne's first major exposure, and she soon became known for her up-tempo, dance-oriented music. The song was written by Chappell Music staff songwriter Seth Swirsky and Ernie Gold. Swirsky almost did not deliver the song to his publisher after he and his girlfriend decided it was not good enough. The song debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 during the week of October 10, 1987, at position number 92, and entered the Top 40 of the chart the week of 14 November 1987, rising to number 39 from number 43. Ten weeks later, during the week of January 23, 1988, the single peaked in the number seven spot. The song was present on the Hot 100 for 25 weeks. In the UK, "Tell It To My Heart" reached number three. It was ranked as the 23rd best-selling single of 1988 in the UK. Hit Machine was an Australian compilation album series produced and skewed by Festival Records, Mushroom Records BMG and Columbia Records, available in only Australia. It competed with 100% Hits, which started two years before, during its existence. It was released every three months and are mainly the biggest Top 40 hits of the season. It commenced in 1993 and ran 28 versions until 2000, where it was replaced by the So Fresh series. The replaced series uses the season-named format and includes songs from artists under Universal Music, which was previously included in 100% Hits series. Festival Records was folded to Warner Bros. Records, which managed the 100% Hits and NOW series with EMI. Sony Music Australia and Warner Bros. Records released digitally remastered versions the entire Hit Machine series from 2015.
