Schwaig is a municipality in the district of Nürnberger Land in Bavaria in Germany.

Nürnberger Land is a Landkreis (district) in Bavaria, Germany. It is bounded by the districts of Forchheim, Bayreuth, Amberg-Sulzbach, Neumarkt, Roth and Erlangen-Höchstadt, and by the city of Nuremberg.

In 1979 the municipalities Schwaig and Behringersdorf were merged to form the current municipality. [2] Behringersdorf has a railway station on the Nuremberg–Cheb railway.

The Nuremberg–Cheb railway is a 151 km long, non-electrified main line, mainly in the German state of Bavaria. It runs from Nuremberg via Lauf an der Pegnitz, Hersbruck, Pegnitz, Kirchenlaibach, Marktredwitz and Schirnding to Cheb in the Czech Republic. The route is also known as the RightPegnitz line (German: rechte Pegnitzstrecke or the Pegnitz Valley Railway. It was built as the Fichtel Range Railway. The Nuremberg–Schnabelwaid section of it is part of the Saxon-Franconian trunk line.

Münchner Volkstheater theater in Munich, Germany

Münchner Volkstheater, or Munich People’s Theater, is a company based in the Bavarian capital and operated by the cultural office of the city government. Its original performing home opened in 1903. This was rebuilt in 1955 and again in 1983. It now can hold over 700 spectators. Since 2002, Christian Stückl has served as the company’s Intendant. A new larger building has started being constructed in Zenetti platz in the former Viehhof on the corner of Tumblinger and Zenettistraße and it is scheduled to open in 2021.

The branch line connects the town of Dachau on the Nuremberg–Munich high-speed railway with Altomünster. Markt Indersdorf is an important stop. Until its electrification in 2014, it was the only non-electrified line of the Munich S-Bahn and was designated as line A.
