Shalon Baker (born August 22, 1973) is a former Canadian Football League player and a former player/coach in the Arena Football League.
Playing with the University of Montana Grizzlies between 1991 and 1994, Baker caught passes for 2,561 yards (3rd best in school history) and 26 touchdown receptions (a team record.)
He went to Canada, playing with the Edmonton Eskimos. In his first season, 1995, he had 79 catches gaining 1,156 yards and 5 touchdowns, and won the CFL's Most Outstanding Rookie Award. He played in the CFL for 2 more years, but did not enjoy the same success and after one season with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in 1997, he left the CFL.
Baker started playing with the San Jose SaberCats of the Arena Football League in 1998 as a wide receiver/linebacker. This was the beginning of a 7-year career, in which Baker would catch 261 passes for 3551 yards and 61 touchdowns. He would also make 128 tackles and 7 interceptions.
Baker ended his playing career as the All-Time leader in assisted tackles and ranks in the top 10 in 9 categories for the San Jose SaberCats. In 2006, he began a new career as the Offensive Coordinator of the World Champion San Jose SaberCats. Under Baker's direction the 2006 SaberCats became the most prolific offense in the history of the Arena Football League.
Baker is now a single father of daughters Kailyn, Quincy, Kendal and son Mason. He's the Business Development Specialist for Stockman Bank in Missoula Montana and he is an owner of Enzacare, a company that specializes in the remediation of microbials. He was the offensive analyst for the three time state champion Chandler Wolves at Chandler High School in Chandler, Arizona. [1] He was hired by his alma mater, the University of Montana, as the Grizzlies Wide Receivers Coach in 2010.
Baker grew up in Vancouver, Washington, and graduated from Evergreen High School in 1991.
ArenaBowl XVIII saw the San Jose SaberCats and Arizona Rattlers competing for the 2004 Arena Football League championship. Until 2010, this game marked the last time the ArenaBowl was held at the home arena of the higher-seeded team, rather than a neutral site, and 17,391 fans packed the sold-out America West Arena as the visiting SaberCats defeated the homestanding Rattlers, 69–62 in a rematch of ArenaBowl XVI.
Fred Otis Holmes Amey is a former professional American and Canadian football wide receiver. He was signed by the San Francisco 49ers as an undrafted free agent in 2005. He played college football at Sacramento State University.
Rashied Khalid Davis is a former American football wide receiver. He was originally signed by the San Jose SaberCats of the Arena Football League (AFL) as an undrafted free agent in 2002. He played college football at San Jose State. He also played for the Chicago Bears and Detroit Lions.

Barry Wagner is a former American football player in the Arena Football League (AFL) for the Orlando Predators, with whom he won his first ArenaBowl Championship, and the San Jose SaberCats, with whom he won two championships. He also played in the World Indoor Football League (WIFL) as a wide receiver/defensive back with the Daytona Beach Thunder. Wagner is the all-time AFL all-purpose yardage leader. He is considered the best Arena Football player of all time. During the 2012 Arena Football League season, Wagner was named the league's greatest player of all time.
Dallas Leon Baker is a former American football wide receiver. Baker played college football for the University of Florida, and thereafter played professionally for the Pittsburgh Steelers of the National Football League (NFL), the Montreal Alouettes and Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League (CFL), and the Jacksonville Sharks and San Antonio Talons of the Arena Football League (AFL). As a member of the Steelers, he won Super Bowl XLIII against the Arizona Cardinals. He is currently the wide receivers coach at Baylor University.
Robert James McMillen, Jr. is a former arena football fullback/linebacker and head coach. He was most recently the head coach of the Los Angeles Kiss of the Arena Football League (AFL). He played his college football at Illinois-Benedictine, and was an AFL fullback/linebacker from 1995 to 2007. He began coaching the sport in 2010, first serving as an assistant for the Chicago Slaughter in 2010, as an assistant with the Rush in 2011, before being named head coach of the Rush in 2011. In 2013, McMillen was elected into the Arena Football Hall of Fame.
David Saunders, is a former arena football wide receiver and linebacker. He played collegiate football for West Virginia University.
James Edward Roe II is a former American football wide receiver and coach. He served as the offensive coordinator for the Baltimore Brigade of the Arena Football League (AFL) from 2017–2019. He played for the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League (NFL) from 1996–1998.
Rodney Bernard Wright, Jr. is a former American football wide receiver. He was selected by the Buffalo Bills in the seventh round of the 2002 NFL Draft. He played college football at Fresno State.

Marquis Floyd is a former American football cornerback in the National Football League (NFL) for the Seattle Seahawks, Cleveland Browns, and Dallas Cowboys. He also was a member of the Tennessee Valley Vipers, Rio Grande Valley Dorados, San Jose SaberCats and Arizona Rattlers in the Arena Football League (AFL). He was signed by the Tennessee Valley Vipers as a street free agent in 2004. He played college football at West Georgia.
Atnaf DeShawn Harris is a former American football wide receiver. He played college football at Fresno State and Cal State Northridge.
Maurice "Mo" Purify is an American football coach and former wide receiver who is currently the wide receivers coach for College of the Redwoods. He was signed by the Cincinnati Bengals as an undrafted free agent in 2008. He played college football at Nebraska. Purify also played for the Georgia Force, Omaha Nighthawks, Arizona Rattlers, and San Jose SaberCats. Having scored over 150 touchdowns and over 6,000 receiving yards in his career, as well as winning four consecutive ArenaBowls with two teams, Purify is considered one of the best receivers in AFL history.
Cleannord Saintil is a former professional American football wide receiver. He was originally signed by the San Jose SaberCats of the Arena Football League as an undrafted free agent in 2007. He played college football for the Middle Tennessee State Blue Raiders.

Papin was also a member of the Scottish Claymores and San Diego Riptide.
George Roger Williams III is a former American football defensive lineman who last played for the San Jose SaberCats of the Arena Football League. Williams spent a total of seven seasons with the SaberCats; prior to this, he spent three years in the NFL.
Timothy Allynn Kearse is a former American football wide receiver and coach. Originally from York, Pennsylvania, Kearse played college football at San Jose State, where he led all of NCAA Division I-A in receptions in 1981. He was selected in the 11th round of the 1983 NFL draft by the San Diego Chargers. Kearse began his pro football career in the CFL with the BC Lions and Saskatchewan Roughriders before making his NFL debut in 1987 with the Indianapolis Colts and concluding his pro football career in 1988 with the Roughriders. Following his playing career, Kearse coached Canadian football at the high school, semi-pro, and CFL levels in various stints from 1991 to 2011.
