Shila Amzah is the fifth studio album by Malaysian singer-songwriter Shila Amzah. It was released on December 10, 2013, through Shila Amzah Entertainment Berhad and distributed by Warner Music Malaysia. Shila began preparing for the album after winning Asian Wave, and during a significant amount of media scrutiny. Over the course of the short songwriting period, she primarily collaborated with Malaysia's most popular producer Helen Yap and Aubrey Suwito.
Before she released the album, she held a preview of the album at Red Box Plus, Pavilion, Kuala Lumpur on July 5, 2013. A further showcase of the album was held at Penthouse, The Icon, Kuala Lumpur on October 16, 2013. Shila Amzah's record producer was herself, ND Lala, Helen Yap, Tan Boon Huat and the sound engineer for this album was Aubrey Suwito, Zairi Ariffin, Yusalman Azua, Hadie Pranoto, Amir Sulaiman and Greg Henderson. The album was released on iTunes on December 10, 2013. In December 2013, Shila Amzah released her official music video of "Masih Aku Cinta". This music video was based on her love story when she broke up with Sharnaaz Ahmad, a Malaysian actor after a controversy involving Sharnaaz Ahmad with Shila's father.

Aubrey Suwito is a Malaysian pianist, keyboardist, songwriter, arranger and producer. Aubrey Suwito started his musical journey at the age of 6 and has since written songs for various artists, most notably Gemilang for Jaclyn Victor which won multiple awards including the Asian Music Festival and Anugerah Juara Lagu. He was the musical director on Malaysian Idol. Aubrey also worked as musical director for the hit reality television talent search competition One in a Million. He is also the older brother of singer/songwriter Juwita Suwito. And he is a composer of Akademi Fantasia and Akademi Fantasi Indosiar theme song, namely Menuju Puncak.

The main live tracks were all taken from her 2015 unplugged concert at Istana Budaya on 7 April 2015. The CD, digital download and LP record versions of the album however come with three new bonus songs, "Menatap dalam Mimpi", "Engkau" ("You") and "Mikraj Cinta". All were recorded specifically to accompany the three audio releases.

Shila began preparing for the album during the same year after she participated I Am a Singer, and during a significant amount of media scrutiny. Shila was 26 years old at the time of the album's release and she is the first Malay artist to release a full Chinese studio album at Beijing, China.

The song was solely written by Shila Amzah and produced by Helen Yap with Shila's aid. The song was released as a single after My Journey was released in China on April 30, 2016, through her Hong Kong management label, Shilala (HK) Limited.
"Menatap dalam Mimpi" is a single by Malaysian artist, Siti Nurhaliza. It is the second bonus track from her live album, Unplugged to serve as a single after "Mikraj Cinta" in 2015. Music for the song is written by Aubrey Suwito while its lyrics are provided by Rozi Sang Dewi. A tribute to her late father, Tarudin Ismail, thematically the lyrics for "Menatap dalam Mimpi" revolves around her longing feelings for him. On 2 November 2016, its final official music video was uploaded to Siti Nurhaliza's official Vevo account after its first music video was retracted in less than 12 hours it was published in August.

It was released on June 15, 2017, through her independent recording label and management company, Shilala (HK) Limited. The song was solely written by Shila Amzah and produced by a famous Malaysian record producer, Helen Yap. The single was released in conjunction with the Ramadan month and served as Shila's debut single in Islamic music.
